If your dog doesn’t know any tricks or is not obedience trained that’s OK with me………that said I can’t tell you how excited I was when Lola the French Mastiff lay her head down and as I went to photograph it she repositioned. I patiently explained to the owner that when she does this again to quietly move out of frame. The owner politely tells me what is it you’re trying to capture. I say, those chocolate-melting-in-my-mouth eyes when she lays her chin down. Michelle, the owner says….oh she can do that on command……. Not that I wouldn’t have waited patiently for Lola to do that behavior again, but it sure makes great photos and allows me to capture even more moments in the time frame.
